From the curriculum
to the codebase
that ships.
A real engineer took the PickBits University Vibe Coder track and shipped an agentic AI feature into production — pre-ship checklist, evals, MCP-secured tool access, the whole loop. No 2 a.m. pages, no runaway agent cost, no rewrite by a senior on Monday. Named once the grad signs off on the write-up.

Why this case study exists.
There's no shortage of AI courses promising "you'll build agents." There's a shortage of evidence that anyone actually does — meaning ships, with paying users, surviving the production patterns the course claimed to teach. This page is the receipt: the curriculum, the outcomes, the artifacts, and the named graduate behind them.
What the curriculum claims to produce.
The Vibe Coder track says: if you finish it, you can ship an AI feature into production without paging yourself at 2 a.m. The 17 modules cover the prototype-to-production pipeline (Explore, Validate, Harden), AI-first TDD, evals, code review, security review, MCP server design, observability, cost guardrails, release engineering, and the audit loop.
What this graduate actually shipped (TBD)
- The feature[NAME OF FEATURE / PROJECT — short description of what it does and who uses it]
- The pre-ship checklist they ran[Which modules' patterns made it into the ship — the gitleaks scan, the rate-limit, the 20-row eval file, etc.]
- The first eval failure they caught[The specific bug or regression the eval suite surfaced before it hit production — the concrete moment "the discipline paid".]
- The cost result[The runtime cost before/after the rate-limit + per-user cap was added.]
- The 2 a.m. page count[Number of production incidents since launch — ideally zero, that's the headline.]
Why this is a stub
The graduate is real and the outcomes are real. The case study is held until the graduate signs off on the named write-up — privacy comes first. Once that signature lands the full version goes live with the name, the company, the feature, the screenshots, and the quotes.
// in the meantime the page is indexed so search engines and AI engines can cite "PickBits University outcomes" and "agentic AI training results" against a real URL.
Want to be the next case study?
If you take the Vibe Coder track and ship something real, send us the artifact. We'll write it up, attribute it, and publish — your name on a citable URL that Google and Claude will surface when someone searches "agentic AI training outcomes."
