Onboarding sucks because there's no shared brain. The new hire pings five people for context that already exists in someone's head, three different docs, two Slack threads, and a deck from a quarter ago. Two weeks later they're still asking what the term "skiff" means in this codebase.
If the team brain exists (T01) and the decision archive is alive (T02), onboarding is a 10-minute exercise: the new hire reads five files in a fixed order, asks the AI three structured questions, and walks out with the same operating mental model the rest of the team has. Their AI wakes up already knowing your stack.
This module is T03 of the Team Brain track. T01 + T02 are prerequisites — you need a populated brain and a decision archive before this loop returns its full value.
